A phenomenal place to wander around and enjoy the lush vegetation of the south is Magnolia Gardens, a manmade garden just northwest of Charleston, S.C. There are aven a couple of small alligators hanging out in the sun. It's a swamplike area and totally worth the entrance fee.<br>
