Black Rock Mountain State Park, Georgia
If you continue highway 23 beyond Tallulah Falls, you'll reach a small road which leads to Black Rock Mountain State Park, the highest State Park of Georgia with an elevation of 3000 feet. The park features two hikes, a long and a short one, with viewpoints along each trail. There is also a short trail to a small waterfall, which is usually dry in summer.
