An ingenieurs masterpiece is Trollstigen, a spectacular mountainroad constructed into a beautiful glacial valley. The road has numerous backbends and actually crosses two waterfalls on its way down into the valley. There is a short trail from the parking lot on the upper end of the road to some viewpoints overlooking the valley.
